Welcome 3 shoot update:

After a temporary halt due to the tragic incident in Pahalgam, the shoot of Welcome to the Jungle, the third installment in the Welcome franchise, is all set to resume with a marathon schedule in Kashmir. This comes as good news for fans, as a recent media report suggested that the shooting had been delayed indefinitely.

“Seventy percent of the shoot of Welcome to the Jungle is already done. The remaining 30 percent was to be scheduled in Kashmir, but because of the unfortunate Pahalgam attack, the plan got pushed," a source from the team said.

"The entire schedule was locked, which included helicopters, over 250 horses with riders, and 1,200 junior artists. But, [now] everything is on track, and all 34 actors are excited and set to commence the last marathon schedule, which will begin post-rains in a different location,” a source close to the production confirms.

The ensemble film features a massive star cast, including Akshay Kumar, and is one of the most anticipated comedy-action films currently in production. While the disruption was unexpected, the team has restructured plans and remains committed to wrapping up the shoot efficiently. Once the rains subside, the unit will move forward with the final phase, aiming for timely completion and eventual release.
