Anil Kapoor Hints About Welcome 4:
Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor has sparked fresh excitement among fans by hinting at a possible reunion with Akshay Kumar in the Welcome franchise. The actor made the playful remark during his recent appearance on the television game show Wheel of Fortune.
Speaking on the show, Anil Kapoor reflected on his journey with the popular comedy series. He joked, “Sabse pehle toh Akshay Kumar sahab ke saath maine ye film ki thi Welcome, fir Welcome 2 mein ye nahi the, fir Welcome 3 mein mujhe nikal diya aur Welcome 4 hum fir saath mein karenge.”
His light-hearted comment quickly caught the attention of fans, many of whom have long wanted to see the original duo reunite on screen. Anil and Akshay first shared the screen in the hit 2007 comedy Welcome, which became a cult favourite for its memorable characters and punchy humour.

The sequel, Welcome Back (2015), featured Anil Kapoor and Nana Patekar but did not include Akshay Kumar, while the upcoming third installment in the franchise has seen major casting changes. Against this backdrop, Anil’s remark has fuelled speculation about what the future holds for the beloved series.
While there has been no official announcement regarding Welcome 4, the actor’s comment has certainly raised hopes among fans of the franchise. If the reunion does happen, it could bring back the nostalgic magic that audiences associate with the original film. We'd love to see Akshay, Anil and Nana coming together in a Welcome series once again. For now, it remains a dream.
