Fans of Pushpa franchise have new reasons to celebrate as Pushpa 3, the next chapter in the hugely popular franchise, moves closer to reality. According to recent reports, pre-production work for Pushpa 3: The Rampage is set to begin soon, with the team already taking early steps to kick off the project.

Earlier this week, multiple sources revealed that the makers have leased an office space in Hyderabad where writers, designers and other crew members will begin developing the story, finalising scripts and planning creative elements. Director Sukumar has also publicly acknowledged that Pushpa 3 is happening, confirming that the much-loved character Pushparaj will return with Allu Arjun in the lead role.

While Pushpa 3 has officially entered its early planning phase, a confirmed shooting schedule has not yet been announced. Allu Arjun is currently occupied with several major films, and Sukumar is also working on another project, meaning full-scale production may begin later.

Industry insiders suggest that the story will pick up after the events of Pushpa 2: The Rule, with some rumours pointing to Vijay Deverakonda as a possible new antagonist. The makers are reportedly aiming for a 2028 release, but this will depend on how quickly the script and pre-production work progress.

For now, fans are excited that Pushpa 3 is officially moving forward, marking another chapter in one of Indian cinema’s most successful film series. Pushpa (2021) was a box office hit and then Pushpa 2 The Rule came and broke many records. Will the third film continue the same?
