Spirit To End On A Cliffhanger:
After the success of Animal, filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga is all set to collaborate with superstar Prabhas for his next ambitious project, Spirit. According to a recent mid-day report, the film is expected to have a dramatic cliffhanger ending, much like how Ranbir Kapoor's Animal concluded with the surprise announcement of Animal Park.

An insider revealed, “The makers are planning to build a world centred on Prabhas’s cop character. They are exploring whether the first part can end at a cliffhanger and leave the audience eager for what comes next.” This suggests that Spirit might mark the beginning of a larger cinematic universe led by Prabhas.
The film also stars Triptii Dimri, who replaced Deepika Padukone after a much talked-about controversy, and is scheduled to go on floors in February 2026. After wrapping up The Raja Saab, which releases in January, Prabhas will start shooting for Spirit. The first schedule is planned in Mumbai, followed by international locations such as Mexico, Thailand, and Indonesia.
A source further added, “A look test was done some time ago, and the makers have finalised two distinct avatars for Prabhas. There is also a flashback sequence that will be filmed in the Mumbai leg.”
With Vanga’s signature intensity and Prabhas’s star power, Spirit is already generating major buzz. If all goes as planned, the cliffhanger ending could once again leave fans talking—just like Animal did with its explosive finale. This one seems like a promising film by Prabhas, unlike some of his recent debacles.
