Spider-Man 4 gets a new title:
Tom Holland returns in the most popular role of his career in Spider-Man 4. The film has been gaining a lot of attention right from the announcement, and fans have high expectations after the MCU's recent debacles. Now, the team has finally revealed the new title of the film.
Spider-Man 4 to release on July 24; Tom Holland gets 3 films in 2026
Spider-Man 4 has been officially titled Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Marvel Comics released the comic book with the same title in 2008, and this new Spidey flick will be based on that. The film will carry the story forward after the memories of Spider-Man and Peter Parker have been erased, and no one knows who he was, including his girlfriend, Mary Jane Watson (in this film, MJ Jane).

Spider-Man: Brand New Day will be released on July 31, 2026. The film was postponed by a week after Christopher Nolan announced his The Odyssey for July 17th, which also stars Tom Holland. Brand New Day will star Zendaya as MJ Jane, Peter's girlfriend, and Jacob Batalon as Ned, Peter's best buddy.
Previously, while speaking at the Rich Roll podcast, Holland mentioned, "It needs work, but the writers are doing a great job. I read it three weeks ago, and it really lit a fire in me. Zendaya and I sat down, read it together, and we at times were bouncing around the living room."

The previous three movies in the franchise have been titled Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019), and Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021), and all three were box office hits, with the last one being a huge grosser of close to $2 billion despite pandemic restrictions and excluding the China release.
