Sikandar Will Not Cross Race 3:
Sikandar, starring Salman Khan in the lead role, received a lukewarm response on Sunday. It opened below expectations and is now poised for tough days ahead. With negative word of mouth circulating and dismal advance sales today, the film prepares for a FLOP verdict, but that's not all. Well, here's our prediction.

Sikandar collected approximately 25 crore nett on its first day and should see a jump in collections today due to the Eid holiday. However, it will fall far short of the actual potential of our national holiday. Eid day and 5,500 screens have the capacity for 75-80 crore nett in a single day, but Sikandar will not even reach half of that.

In 2018, Khan's Race 3 was released during the Eid festival and was brutally trolled by reviewers and netizens. That film opened higher than Sikandar and concluded with collections of Rs. 166 crore. Although it was an average grosser, the film was criticized extensively and is considered one of Salman's most trolled films. Now, his latest release is on the verge of surpassing Race 3. Yes, that's how things stand today with the Salman Khan release.

Sikandar will have a lower opening weekend than Race 3 and will ultimately accumulate much lower collections over its lifetime. Salman's last Eid release, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, grossed Rs. 101 crore, which can be targeted this time, but Race 3 is out of reach. That's quite a significant DOWNFALL!
Sikandar Review: Salman Khan Spoils Another Eid
In our movie review, we have already wrote: "Siikandar has a poor story, but it's even worse regarding the storytelling and presentation. Salman Khan and AR Murugadoss' lazy efforts are clearly visible on the screen, and now it's the audience who will feel lazy going to watch the film. It's been nine years since he delivered a good film on Eid, and the wait continues with Sikandar. Tubelight, Race 3, Bharat, Radhe, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, and now Sikandar—you know what I mean."
