Siddhanth Kapoor Exclusive Interview:
Bollywood actor Siddhanth Kapoor was recently seen in Netflix's series, Mandala Murders, marking quite a comeback. During an exclusive conversation with Movie Talkies, he opened up about working in the series, his past stuff and working with sister Shraddha Kapoor.
He expressed deep gratitude for the response the project has received, saying, "The response was amazing. Honestly, I didn’t expect much, but it turned out to be overwhelming and full of appreciation. Yash Raj Films is an amazing production house—so professional and so talented. That’s why they consistently deliver world-class projects. Working with them, the fans, and the team has been a very fulfilling experience."
Kapoor added that he enjoys exploring layered and complex characters. "I like to take my time with roles. Most of the time, it’s about being in the moment. I love stories that challenge my mind, something different that makes me think," he shared.
Addressing past controversies, the actor was candid but firm. "I don’t really think there should be unnecessary sensationalism. The most important thing for me was to stay true to myself, keep working, and focus on the craft. Back in the day, I might have cared about tips and opinions, but not anymore. Every project is special and teaches me to be more patient."
Looking ahead, Siddhanth said he is excited about experimenting with genres. “I want to do some comedy too, and just enjoy the process. I don’t dwell on the past. The focus is on building better stories, better careers, and moving forward,” he concluded.
When ask about working with his sister Shraddha Kapoor, he clearly stated, "Umm, no no. No projects with my sister at the moment."
