Salman Khan's Sikandar is set to be released on Eid 2025. The film is 9 days away from its theatrical release, yet the trailer has not been launched. As per the latest report, the trailer launch event for the film has been cancelled.

According to a report in Pinkvilla, the trailer for Sikandar will be launched digitally. The team was planning a grand trailer launch event, which now stands cancelled. The reason for this is said to be the security of superstar Salman Khan.

Salman Khan's security has been a major concern for his team after the threats issued by the Bishnoi gang. Following the homicide of Khan's friend, Baba Siddique, it became a serious matter, prompting the government to provide the superstar with high security. With an event occurring in a public place, it would have been difficult for the team to monitor everyone at the event; hence, the event has been cancelled. The event can still take place as a private gathering, but the possibility is low.
