Saiyaara Surpasses Highest Grossing Movies Of Hrithik Roshan Tiger Shroff, Ranveer Singh & Shahid Kapoor

Ahaan Panday’s debut film Saiyaara has turned out to be a massive box office success, officially entering the ₹300 crore nett club in just 17 days. The romantic action-drama has now surpassed the highest-grossing films of some of Bollywood’s biggest stars including Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, and Hrithik Roshan.

Here’s the breakdown of Saiyaara’s collections:

Week 1: ₹173.36 crore nett

Week 2: ₹106.25 crore nett

Third Friday: ₹4.75 crore nett

Third Saturday: ₹7 crore nett

Third Sunday: ₹9 crore approx.

Total: ₹300.25 crore nett approx.

With these numbers, Saiyaara has gone past the lifetime earnings of Ranveer Singh’s Padmaavat (₹284 crore), Shahid Kapoor’s Kabir Singh (₹276 crore) and Padmaavat (shared), and War (₹292 crore), which starred both Tiger Shroff and Hrithik Roshan. With War 2, Hrithik is expected to cross 300 crore, 400 crore and even 500 crore nett if the film performs upto expectations.

Ahaan Panday has now joined the elite ₹300 crore club alongside Aamir Khan (PK, Dangal), Salman Khan (Sultan, Tiger Zinda Hai), Ranbir Kapoor (Sanju, Animal), Shah Rukh Khan (Pathaan, Jawan), Sunny Deol (Gadar 2), Rajkummar Rao (Stree 2), and Vicky Kaushal (Chhaava).

While the footfalls for Saiyaara are lower than some of these blockbusters, its ticket pricing and strong urban pull have contributed to the massive revenue. If the film manages to touch ₹340 crore nett, it will even overtake Salman Khan’s Tiger Zinda Hai (₹339 crore), though trade experts say that might be a tough task from this point onward, but possible.
