‘Rowdy Rathore 2’ Script Is Ready, Claims Co-Producer Shabina Khan

There had been talks that Akshay Kumar, who had played a double role in the 2012 hit Rowdy Rathore, will be back to star in the sequel and co-producer Shabina Khan revealed that the script of the sequel is ready.

Elaborating on the same, Khan said that Vijayendra Prasad is ready with the script and that they are waiting for co-producer Sanjay Leela Bhansali to give his nod of approval, post which, they will start working on it. For those who are not aware of this, Rowdy Rathore is an official remake of 2006 Telugu film Vikramarkudu featuring Ravi Teja and Anushka Shetty.
