The production for the film has already begun, and the team is ready to roll on the project soon. Amidst all this, the makers have announced the official release date of the film.

Rani Mukerji's Mardaani 3, produced by Yash Raj Films, will be released on February 27, 2026. The makers aim to capitalize on the Holi festivities that will occur in the first week of March, celebrating the victory of good over evil, which aligns with the festival's essence. At the announcement of the film, Rani revealed that Mardaani 3 will take the adrenaline rush several notches higher than the previous films. "Mardaani is an extremely beloved franchise, and we have a certain responsibility to deliver on the expectations that people have. We will do our best to live up to this. Mardaani 3 is dark, deadly, and brutal. So, I’m eager to find out the response of the people towards our film.
