According to Ranbir, the sequel Animal Park is still some time away. He revealed that director Sandeep Reddy Vanga is currently busy with another film and that work on the next Animal chapter is expected to begin in 2027. “It’s a bit away,” Ranbir said, indicating that the makers are taking their time to shape the story carefully rather than rushing into production.

When asked if the script for the sequel is ready, Ranbir clarified that Vanga has not locked it yet. However, the director has already shared his larger vision for the franchise. Ranbir confirmed that Vanga wants to tell the story across three films, with the second part officially titled Animal Park. The idea, according to the actor, has been in discussion since the first film was being made.
