Actor-producer Vidnyan Mane has made explosive allegations about music composer Palaash Muchhal, claiming he was caught “red-handed” with another woman in bed during celebrations around his planned wedding with Indian cricketer Smriti Mandhana on November 23, 2025. He also said that female cricketer confronted Palash and beat him. Mane, who says he is a childhood friend of Mandhana, told media that the incident triggered chaos among attendees and that some of Mandhana’s female cricketer teammates confronted and beat Muchhal over the alleged incident.

According to Mane, this revelation was one of the reasons the high-profile wedding was called off, though the official explanation at the time cited a health emergency involving Mandhana’s father, who was hospitalized on the wedding day.

Mane has also filed a complaint in Sangli, Maharashtra, accusing Muchhal of cheating him out of more than ₹40 lakh in connection with an unreleased film project, claiming his investment was mishandled and that he was later blocked by the Muchhal family. He says he has evidence, including chats and recordings, which he plans to share with police.

In response, Palaash Muchhal has strongly denied all allegations, calling them “entirely baseless and factually incorrect” and suggesting the claims are intended to tarnish his reputation. His legal team has questioned the lack of evidence supporting the sensational assertions.

So far, no official police FIR has been confirmed in connection with the bed-scene claims, and both Muchhal and Mandhana have emphasized privacy as the controversy plays out in public discussions and media reports.
