Under the agreement, shareholders of Warner Bros. Discovery will receive US$27.75 per share, comprised of a mix of cash and Netflix stock. The full enterprise value of the acquisition, factoring in debt, is approximately US$82.7 billion. Now that's a whole lotta bucks!
