Tamil television actress Manya Anand has made a serious allegation against Sreyas, a manager closely associated with actor Dhanush. In a recent interview, she revealed that Sreyas approached her with an offer to act in a film under Dhanush’s production, but also made a disturbing demand.

According to Manya, during their conversation, Sreyas insisted on some form of “commitment” or “adjustment” in exchange for the role. When she questioned what he meant, he allegedly pressed her by saying, “Even if it’s Dhanush sir, will you not adjust?” Manya firmly refused. 

She says that after she said no, Sreyas continued to contact her repeatedly. He reportedly sent the location of Wunderbar Films, Dhanush’s production house, and even a film script — despite her clear refusal to be involved in the project under those terms.

Manya emphasized that she finds this pattern deeply troubling. She stated, “We are artists; you can offer us work, but don’t expect something else in return.”  She added that there was another person — another manager — who approached her with a similar proposition, suggesting this may not be an isolated incident. 

In her interview, Manya called for greater awareness in the film industry. She urged professionals to recognize and address such recurring issues, hoping these conversations will push for real change.
