Farhan Akhtar Family Driver Used Actor's Card For Fraud:
A serious fraud case has come to light involving the family driver of Bollywood actor Farhan Akhtar’s mother, Honey Irani. The driver, named Naresh Singh (35), has been accused of misusing fuel cards registered under the actor’s name and defrauding nearly ₹12 lakh.
According to the complaint filed by Irani’s manager, Diya Bhatia, Singh used at least three fuel cards linked to Farhan Akhtar’s account. He allegedly swiped these cards multiple times without actually filling fuel in the vehicles. Instead, he conspired with a petrol pump employee, Arun Singh (52), at a pump near Bandra Lake. After swiping, Naresh would get cash, from which the petrol pump employee kept his share.

The fraud was discovered when Bhatia reviewed fuel usage records and noticed discrepancies — for example, a car was recorded to have taken far more fuel than its capacity allowed. During questioning, Naresh reportedly admitted to cheating and said he had obtained the cards from a previous driver, Santosh Kumar, in 2022.
