Ranbir Kapoor about Ramayana:
Ranbir Kapoor will be seen as Lord Rama in Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana Part One and Ramayana Part Two. The actor is currently balancing the shoots of his upcoming projects and has provided a concrete timeline for Ramayana, as the project requires him to maintain a specific look. At present, RK is sporting a mustache while shooting for Love And War with Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal. After this, he will return to Ramayana Part Two, as the film is to be wrapped before Part One is released.
Ranbir Kapoor was present today for the birthday celebration of his wife, Alia Bhatt. During the meet and greet, he informed Movie Talkies about the shooting schedule of Ramayana and confirmed that Part One is completed and that he will soon begin filming Part Two of the legendary epic tale.
"Ramayana is being made the way Avatar and Planet of the Apes movies were made," says Sunny Deol
Ranbir stated, "Ramayana Part One is finished. We will be shooting for Part Two, and it will be wrapped before Part One is released, which is why we have scheduled the releases with a gap of a year (on back-to-back Diwalis)."
