Popular television actress Dipika Kakar has been diagnosed with a liver tumor approximately the size of a tennis ball. Her husband, actor Shoaib Ibrahim, shared the news in a heartfelt vlog titled "Need Your Prayers," revealing that Dipika experienced persistent abdominal pain, initially thought to be due to acidity. However, further medical examinations, including a CT scan, identified the tumor in the left lobe of her liver.

While initial reports suggest the tumor is benign, additional tests are pending to confirm its nature. Dipika is scheduled to undergo surgery at Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. Shoaib has requested fans to keep her in their prayers during this challenging time.

"Dipika has a tumor in the left lobe of her liver. It is the size of a tennis ball. It was very shocking for us. We have to do a few more tests, but she will definitely undergo surgery. Doctors have said that the tumor needs to be removed from her body," said Shoaib in a vlog, requesting fans to pray for her.

"Since Ruhaan's birth, he has not been away from Dipika for more than two hours. We don't know what the situation will be, and it is unclear if he will be allowed to meet Dipika immediately after the surgery," he added while talking about his two-year-old son.
