The film’s strong performance is being driven by consistent footfalls, packed shows across urban and mass centres, and solid audience word of mouth. The Pakistan theme and Nationalism have worked big time for the border state, just like Gadar and Gadar 2.

Featuring a powerful ensemble cast of Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, and Arjun Rampal, and mounted on a grand scale, Dhurandhar has struck a chord with viewers in the region. The film’s mix of high-octane moments, emotional beats, and mass appeal seems to be working strongly in its favour.

What makes this run even more remarkable is that Dhurandhar is still going strong. The current trend suggest the film is now heading towards the ₹70 crore mark in East Punjab, a milestone that once seemed impossible for a single territory.
