With 3.22 crore footfalls so far, the film has secured the eighth spot on the elite list and is still running strong in cinemas.

Leading the chart remains SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, which continues to be the undisputed champion with a staggering 5.25 crore footfalls in Hindi, followed closely by Sunny Deol’s iconic blockbuster Gadar at 5.05 crore. These two films stand tall as rare phenomena that transcended regions and generations, drawing massive crowds to theatres. The two remain the only films with 5 crore footfalls this millenium.

The list also features modern-era juggernauts like Pushpa (4.05 cr), Dangal (3.69 cr), Bajrangi Bhaijaan (3.54 cr) and PK (3.51 cr), highlighting the diverse genres that have managed to pull audiences in large numbers. Gadar 2 continues the legacy with 3.40 crore footfalls, while Stree 2 and Sultan are tied at 3.20 crore each.

What makes Dhurandhar’s achievement particularly noteworthy is that its theatrical run is far from over. Trade estimates suggest that the film is comfortably on track to cross 3.40 crore footfalls, and there is strong possibility of it reaching around 3.50 crore by the end of its run. If that happens, Dhurandhar could leapfrog several titles on the list, further cementing its blockbuster status.
