Ballerina 5 Days Box Office Update:

Ballerina, the spin-off of the popular John Wick series, has failed to impress Indian audiences. Released by PVRInox Pictures, the film opened with modest numbers and has only seen a decline since. In five days, the total collection stands at around ₹8.95 crore, with little hope of even reaching the ₹10 crore mark. The poor promotions by the team have led to these low numbers at the box office.

Ballerina Fails to Show Growth on Sunday; Weekend Falls Short of John Wick 4's Opening Day –

The film collected ₹2.30 crore on its opening day, including preview shows. It saw a slight rise on day two with ₹2.80 crore, followed by ₹2.50 crore on day three. However, the real trouble began after the weekend. On day four, Ballerina experienced a major drop, earning only ₹80 lakhs, and things worsened on day five with just ₹75 lakhs. The steep fall in collections confirms the lack of strong word of mouth and audience pull.

Ballerina

It is now confirmed that Ballerina will wrap up under ₹20 crore in India, which is a disappointing figure for a film connected to a successful action franchise. For context, John Wick Chapter 4 earned ₹45 crore in India alone, making Ballerina's run less than half of its predecessor.

With little buzz, average reviews, and declining footfalls, Ballerina has failed to meet expectations. The spin-off has not only struggled to attract John Wick fans but has also underperformed in terms of box office recovery. As things stand, Ballerina is headed toward a clear flop verdict in India. The production and distribution teams need to investigate what went wrong to achieve better results in the future.
