Baaghi 4 Teaser:

The teaser of Baaghi 4, starring Tiger Shroff and Sanjay Dutt, was launched today online. As expected, it explodes with relentless action — but feels like it’s borrowing liberally from recent sensations like Ranbir Kapoor's Animal and Lakshya's Kill. Some even pointed out similarities with brutality Marco. Directed by A. Harsha in his Bollywood debut and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the film seems eager to push the limits of onscreen brutality, though not necessarily with fresh ideas.

Baaghi 4 Teaser

Tiger Shroff is back in action, angrier and bloodier than ever, while Sanjay Dutt plays a fearsome antagonist. Their violent face-offs are drenched in slow-motion punches, shattered bones, and stylised blood splatter. The tone is grim, the colour palette dark, and the staging intense — much like the raw, animalistic aggression of Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal mixed with the close-quarters combat style of Kill.

Yet for all its visual polish, the teaser offers little emotional weight or story intrigue. There’s a passing hint of a “bloody love story”, but the overwhelming focus is on shock-heavy action. This risks turning it into more of a stitched-together fight reel than a true narrative teaser. The VFX and action sequences look a little childish.

Sonam Bajwa and Harnaaz Sandhu also feature in the cast, though they barely register any impact in the teaser. The CBFC’s ‘A’ certificate signals adult content, but it’s debatable whether the intensity adds depth or simply imitates the mood of its inspirations. If Baaghi 4 can mix this aggression with genuine storytelling, it may stand apart. For now, it feels like a high-octane collage of familiar beats from Animal and Kill, with spectacle outweighing soul. Let's see what the film has to offer on September 5th.
