Coolie's Spotify Musical Event Set To Be a Poor Show:
The much-talked-about Coolie and Spotify musical event is set to take place in Mumbai on Monday, August 11. However, the excitement around the show has taken a hit after confirmation that superstar Rajinikanth and Telugu legend Nagarjuna will not be attending. Fans had been eagerly anticipating their presence, and the news has left many feeling disappointed.
Anirudh Ravichander, the film’s music composer, will still be the highlight of the evening, performing live and bringing the movie’s soundtrack to the audience. Bollywood star Aamir Khan is also expected to make an appearance, adding some star power to the event. Yet, according to early chatter, the absence of the two South icons has already dampened the buzz.

Some Rajinikanth fans who are attending the event have also expressed frustration over the same while media is unhappy with event’s publicity and communication. The PR team of Spotify has not been cooperative with media requests, which has further impacted the overall hype and will impact the coverage too. The lack of coordination and star attraction could make this one of the less-impressive promotional events in recent times.

Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Coolie stars Rajinikanth in the lead role, with Nagarjuna, Shruti Haasan, Upendra, Soubin Shahir, Aamir Khan, playing pivotal characters. The film is touted to be a high-octane action entertainer, and despite the low-key nature of the event, expectations from the movie itself remain high.
