Amy Jackson To Make American Television Debut With ‘Supergirl’

After Priyanka Chopra made her international TV debut with Quantico, in which she plays a FBI recruit named Alex Parrish, Bollywood beauty Amy Jackson is all set to appear on US show Supergirl, in which she will play Saturn Girl.

Taking to her Twitter page, an elated Amy announced, “FINALLY! So now you know what I've been getting up to in Canada over the past couple of weeks #SuperGirl new recruit #SaturnGirl.” Supergirl is a television adaptation of DC Comics' superhero Supergirl and wrapped the second season in May this year. Supergirl's first season debuted in 2015 and ran for 20 episodes till the following year.

Amy Jackson made her acting debut with 2010 Tamil movie Madrasapattinam and has featured in several Telugu, Kannada and Bollywood projects. Amy will next be seen in Rajinikanth's much awaited robot drama 2.0, co-starring Akshay Kumar, with whom she had shared screen space in Singh Is Bling.
