Amitabh Bachchan approached for Ramayana's Narration:

Bollywood Shahenshah Amitabh Bachchan may soon lend his iconic voice to the highly anticipated film Ramayana. According to aur report in midday, the makers are keen to bring him on board as the narrator, aka sutradhar, of the epic saga, adding weight and gravitas to the storytelling.

An insider revealed the team’s interest, saying, “We’re exploring the idea of having Bachchan as the sutradhar. His voice adds gravitas that no one else can match. The makers are keen that the film opens with his voice. It’s still at the discussion stage.”

Interestingly, Bachchan has already been signed to dub for the character of Jatayu in the film. If the narration role materialises, the megastar will be taking on double duty in the project. His involvement is expected to bring a unique aura to the film, given his unmatched baritone and long history of lending voiceovers to important cinematic works. The voice this man has will certainly elevate the experience for viewers.

This would not be the first time that Amitabh Bachchan serves as both an actor and a narrator. In Brahmastra (2022), also starring Ranbir Kapoor, he played a major role while also lending his voice to narrate key portions of the film. His ability to combine screen presence with a commanding narration has often been praised as a rare gift in Indian cinema.
