Akshay Kumar’s ‘Crack’ Is Inspired By ‘Dombivali Fast’?

Akshay Kumar, who teamed up with Neeraj Pandey for films like Special 26, Baby and Naam Shabana, will reunite with the director once again for Crack and we have some dope on the project, which was rumoured to be shelved, but is reportedly back on track now...

We have heard that Crack revolves around a middle-class man, who is frustrated with the way things are going and snaps one day, leading to tragic circumstances. Now, if readers may recall, Nishikant Kamat’s Dombivali Fast too had the same plot and interestingly, this Marathi film was inspired by Michael Douglas-starrer Falling Down. Another interesting fact about Crack is that the poster of the film, which was released months ago, bore an uncanny resemblance to the poster of Falling Down.

Akshay is currently shooting for Gold in London.
