Bollywood industry is abuzz with a major development in the ongoing Don 3 dispute involving Ranveer Singh and filmmaker Farhan Akhtar’s production house, Excel Entertainment. Reports now say superstar Aamir Khan has stepped in to help resolve a Rs. 40 crore compensation row between the two sides.

The conflict began after Ranveer reportedly exited the highly anticipated film Don 3 late last year, just as the project was gearing up to begin principal photography. Excel Entertainment has claimed its pre-production costs, scheduling plans, and other expenses suffered heavy losses after his departure. The production house is said to be seeking around Rs. 40 crore from Ranveer as compensation for these alleged setbacks.

Ranveer, however, has pushed back on the demand, arguing that his exit was due to creative disagreements, including dissatisfaction with the script, and that he is not legally obligated to pay such compensation.
