Bollywood superstar, Sridevi, who passed away due to accidental drowning in the bathtub of her hotel room, in Dubai, in February 2018, was presented with the Best Actress Award (posthumously) for her performance in Mom at the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards 2018.
Her husband, producer Boney Kapoor got all teary-eyed as he accepted her award and dedicated it to the entire team of Mom. An emotional Boney said that he misses his wife every second of his life and requested people to support his daughter Janhvi, who is marking her debut with Karan Johar's Dhadak.
As Boney lost his composure, his son Arjun Kapoor and brother, Anil Kapoor consoled him on the stage.
