5. Mastiii 4:
Directed by Milap Zaveri, Mastiii 4 starred Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi, and Aftab Shivdasani. Made on a budget of ₹70 crore, the adult comedy collapsed at the box office with just ₹14 crore nett. It fared even worse than Great Grand Masti, drawing strong criticism from both critics and audiences.

4. Son of Sardaar 2:
Son of Sardaar 2, directed by Vijay Kumar Arora and led by Ajay Devgn, failed to recreate the success of the 2012 flick. Despite a ₹160 crore budget, the sequel managed only ₹39 crore nett. Compared to the first film’s ₹88 crore run, the sequel’s performance was underwhelming even after inflation adjustment. It was a huge flop.

3. Baaghi 4:
Directed by A. Harsha, Baaghi 4 marked another disappointing chapter for the franchise. Headlined by Tiger Shroff, the action film was made on a massive ₹200 crore budget but earned just ₹49 crore nett. The film’s failure nearly signaled the end of the once-successful Baaghi series. Another flop for Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment.

2. Sikandar:
Salman Khan’s Eid release Sikandar, directed by A.R. Murugadoss and co-starring Rashmika Mandanna, turned into a major flop. With a ₹275 crore budget, the film managed only ₹101 crore nett. It also ended Rashmika’s streak of box office successes and continued the wait of a Hit film on Eid for Salman Khan since 2016.

1. War 2:
Directed by Ayan Mukerji, War 2 featured Hrithik Roshan, Jr. NTR, and Kiara Advani. Despite a staggering ₹400 crore budget and massive hype, the film collected only ₹179 crore nett in Hindi, making it the biggest flop of 2025 and a stark contrast to the blockbuster success of War (2019), which was a blockbuster.
