Why Remo D'Souza Banned Non-Veg Food On The Sets Of 'ABCD 2'?

While shooting for a song titled Hey Ganaraya, for his upcoming film ABCD 2, choreographer-director Remo D'Souza forbade his cast and crew members to eat non-vegetarian food on the sets.

Reportedly, the lead actors of the film-Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor along with Remo's team of  Dharmesh, Puneet, Raghav and Praveen were working on a complicated dance sequence and were just not getting it right. Remo then felt that it may be happening because he ate non-vegetarian food before dancing for Lord Ganpati. This thought got stuck in his mind and he started shooting other scenes and postponed the shoot of the dance sequence.

The song was shot next day and everyone was told not to eat non-veg food and all his team members readily agreed. Remo in a statement confirmed the reports saying that the song is close to their hearts and brings out a lot of emotions. He says that to maintain the sanctity of devotion, no non-veg food was served on the sets that day.

Additionally, he also asked the troupes to not wear shoes during the shoot of the song.
