What Made John Abraham's Mother Cry?

John Abraham, who will be next seen in Madras Cafe, got nostalgic about the 90s while talking about the movie and its subject- the LTTE issue, which had a profound impact on his mother.

Talking about the film and the 90s era, John revealed that he remembers a day in those years, when he once woke up to see his mother crying and later learned about the assassination of Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, which had affected her. John, who got intrigued by this incident, added that  Madras Cafe brings us closer to what changed the political history of our country.

Directed by Shoojit Sircar, Madras Cafe also stars Nargis Fakhri and this political thriller is slated to release on August 23.
