Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has a global fan following and the actor has touched many lives with his powerful performances. Recently, popular Indonesian star Muhammad Khan revealed, while accepting an award, that Shah Rukh is the reason why he wanted to be an actor.
Muhammad won the Citra Award for the Best Actor in a leading role and as he accepted his trophy, he said, “I would like to thank the one and only King Khan, Shah Rukh Khan. I hope you get to see this video. Shah Rukh ji main tumse kuch kehna chahta hoon, mujhe tumse bahut bahut pyar hogaya hai (Shah Rukh Khan I want to tell you something, I have fallen in love with you).”
“Actually you were the reason why I wanted to become an actor so, I want to dedicate this award to you and I hope that I get to meet you someday,” he further added.
He then sang ‘Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam’ from SRK's 1998 release Duplicate and of course dedicated it to the King Of Romance.
Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Zero and he has stated that he would be announcing his next project soon.
When Shah Rukh saw the video, he congratulated the actor and sent his best wishes to him. SRK wrote, “I am so glad for your success. Will meet you soon. Have a good life and keep feeling as an actor....& Thks everyone for bringing this to my notice.”
