Kangana Ranaut has declared war on Bollywood for ganging up against her and refusing to acknowledge her latest release Manikarnika but now, she has got a new supporter in Vidya Balan.
Vidya recently saw Kangy’s period drama and she is all praise for the movie. Talking about Manikarnika, at a recent event, the acting powerhouse said, “I watched Manikarnika in theatre and I was blown away by the amount of hard work that has gone in, because it’s there for everyone to see, and the war sequences are probably the best that I have seen in an Indian film.”
We are sure the Queen of Bollywood would be delighted to hear such kind words from Vidya, who herself is a smashing performer.
While Kangana has stated that she has directed 70 per cent of the movie, the co-director of the film, Krish has called her claims ‘bullshit.’ When asked to comment on it, Kangy said that Krish shouldn’t talk in the media but prove it.
While a war of words is ensuing between the film’s lead cast and crew members, the period drama is slowly inching towards the 100 crore mark.
