Actor Ajay Devgn might have played a cop in many of his films, including the massy blockbuster Singham, but what many might not know that the deadly Devgn almost got arrested many years back when he was partying with his Son Of Sardaar co-star and good friend Vindu Dara Singh!
On a recent television show, Vindu spoke about an incident that had happened many years back when he alongwith Ajay and a group of pals were partying near Bandra. It seems that the group had stopped on Carter Road to buy some alcohol late in the night and some cops, who got suspicious at seeing a bunch of men in a car so late in the night, apprehended them. Despite several requests, the cops did not let them go and it was only after Vindu called up his father
Dara Singh that the cops relented and allowed them to leave.
Ajay Devgn and Vindu will be seen together in upcoming action-comedy
Son Of Sardaar, which also stars
Sanjay Dutt,
Sonakshi Sinha and
Juhi Chawla. The film is slated to release on November 13 this year.
