Vidyut Jammwal And Kunal Kemmu
Several filmmakers have decided to launch their movies on OTT platforms because of the coronavirus pandemic and a day ago, it was announced that seven new films including Vidyut Jammwal's Khuda Haafiz is and Kunal Kemmu's Lootcase would be releasing on Disney+Hotstar however, the actors are not happy as they were not even invited for the virtual meet to announce the project.
Disney+Hotstar will premiere seven films-
Laxmmi Bomb, Bhuj: The Pride of India, Sadak 2, Big Bull, Dil Bechara, Loot Case and Khuda Haafiz between July to October. The big announcement was made on Monday via a virtual press conference called 'Bollywood ki home delivery' with Uday Shankar - President, The Walt Disney Company APAC and Chairman, Star & Disney India along with Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Abhishek Bachchan, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt. However, Vidyut and Kunal Kemmu, who is playing the lead in Lootcase were ignored.
Vidyut brought the audiences attention towards it writing, "A BIG announcement for sure!! 7 films scheduled for release but only 5 are deemed worthy of representation. 2 films, receive no invitation or intimation. Itβs a long road ahead. THE CYCLE CONTINUES."
This re-started the outsider v/s star kids and nepotism debate all over again and post that Kunal wrote, "Izzat aur pyaar maanga nahi kamaya jaata hai. Koi na de toh usse hum chhote nahi hote. Bas maidaan khelne ke liye barabar de do chhalaang hum bhi oonchi laga sakte hai π"
Guess, Bollywood would never learn...
