Romance remain a staple fodder for the scribe-tribe. And expectedly, periodicals have gone into overdrive mode over Balan's alleged romantic link with UTV honcho Siddharth Roy Kapur, and what's better, have been hinting matrimony too. Balan, though, professes to being highly tickled by all the hullaballoo surrounding her love life.

"I'm very happy with the manner in which my career is moving and I've no plans to marry right now," Balan chirped happily to channel reporters and nosey-parker journos at the theatrical trailer launch event of Kahaani, convened at a multiplex in suburban Mumbai.

Well, after being exceedingly 'Dirty' and what's better, doing it with 'Silk'-en smoothness, Balan has braved all odds... and with audacity...turned preggers! "It's the logical outcome of being 'Dirty'", giggled Balan, since she's enacting a six-month pregnant woman in Sujoy Ghosh's Kahaani.

On-screen pregnancy has charmed Balan no end… and she declares Kahaani to being an "amazing experience."

Incidentally, for the uninformed, the power-house star, was all sold over Madhuri Dixit, post ek do teen and Tezaab, and the acting bee (or is it bug, who cares?) had bit her nice and proper.

"After I saw Madhuri Dixit dancing to ek do teen, I was totally taken up by dancing and acting. All that I wanted to do in life was to be a junior Madhuri Dixit !," disclosed Balan to an eager media.

A sequel to Main Madhuri Dixit Banna Chahti Hoon… could well be on the anvil, if Ms. Balan desires so.

Director Chandan Arora… are you clued in?
