Shikha Talsania, who had won hearts with her perfect comic-timing and power-packed performance in Sonam Kapoor-Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer, Veere Di Wedding, has now signed Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan’s Coolie No. 1.

Shikha is excited to join the film’s team and says that working with David Dhawan was always on her bucket list. She is also quite happy to be sharing screen space with Varun and Sara. The film went on floors in Thailand a week ago.

The movie is a remake of David Dhawan’s 1995 release Coolie No. 1, which had starred Karisma Kapoor and Govinda in the lead roles. The remake also features Paresh Rawal and Johnny Lever in key roles and will release on May 1, 2020.
