Varun Dhawan-David Dhawan head to Deharadun:

Varun Dhawan and David Dhawan's superhit duo is returning with the upcoming romantic comedy, Hai Jawaani Toh Ishq Hona Hai. The film features two heroines opposite Varun and will have a storyline similar to the memorable rom-coms of the '90s. Mrunal Thakur and Pooja Hegde will be seen sharing the screen with Varun in this trademark David Dhawan flick.

Varun, Mrunal, and David have already shot the major portions of the film in Goa and are now heading to Dehradun for a brief schedule. According to sources, the team is expected to travel to London for the next schedules. Varun, who is juggling a couple more projects, has recently wrapped Dharma Productions' Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari with Janhvi Kapoor and is now ready to return to the sets of Hai Jawaani Toh Ishq Hona Hai.

The Judwaa 2 actor will be heading to Dehradun tomorrow and will be filming portions for the film this weekend. He plans to continue shooting for father David Dhawan's flick sometime before shifting his focus to Border 2, which is expected to wrap by the third quarter of 2025. The actor dons a clean-shaven look for this romcom while the war-action drama requires a moustached look. Varun will have to juggle between the shoots of these two films while SSKTK prepares to hit theaters in September. By that time, he will likely have HJTIHH wrapped.
