TV Shows Halt As Cast And Crew Members Test Positive For Coronavirus

The government is easing down the lockdown guidelines and India is moving towards complete unlock. Economy is slowly reviving and shoots of TV shows also resumed recently. However a few shows have been temporarily halted as cast and crew members tested positive for Coronavirus.

Though the actors and the crew members are following strict guidelines on the set, the shoot of Ek Mahanayak - Dr BR Ambedkar came to a halt as actor Jagannath Nivangune tested positive for Coronavirus.

One of the crew members of Mere Sai had also tested positive and thus, the shoot was halted for three days as per the government rules. The shoot will resume today after a three-day break in Nai Gaon, where the sets are located. The shoot was put on hold after a crew member tested positive for COVID-19. He is a part of the creative team and didnt come in cintact with anyone after he fell ill.

TV shows like Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Kumkum Bhagya, Kundali Bhagya, Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki, Choti Sarrdaarni, Barrister Babu, Shubharambh, Naati Pinky Ki Lambi Love Story', Santoshi Maa Sunaye Vrat Kathayein,

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Yeh Rishte Hain Pyar Ke and Ye Hai Chahatein have also resumed shoot.
