Trailer Unveiled: Salman Khan Makes 'Tubelight' Shine Bright!

The trailer of much-awaited film Tubelight by Kabir Khan starring Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, Sohail Khan and Om Puri, was unveiled today and we must say that the trailer is a delightful treat for fans of the 'Bhaijaan'.

Set against the backdrop of the Sino-Indian war of 1962, Tubelight revolves around Laxman, the village simpleton, whose brother (Sohail Khan) joins the Indian Army and is sent off to war. When the tension escalates, Laxman decides to do whatever is possible to get his brother back safely and how he manages to do that, forms the rest of the plot.

Like in Bajrangi Bhaijaan, here too, Salman is seen playing a lovable simpleton and honestly speaking, we were a bit reminded of his Bajrangi character after watching the trailer of Tubelight. Sohail doesn't have many dialogues, but the bromance between the Khan siblings, is quite touching.

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan will also be seen in a cameo in the film and we get to see a glimpse of the King Khan in a 'blink and miss' scene. All in all, the trailer seems to promise a 'feel good' fare which will bring a lump to your throat at times but also make you guffaw at the protagonist's antics.

Apart from the actors mentioned above, Tubelight also stars Chinese actress Zhu Zhu and child artiste Matin Rey Tangu. Tubelight is slated to release this Eid.
