'With great power comes great responsibility'

Well, the adage has always held true, especially when it comes to superhero flicks. Whether it is Bollywood or Hollywood, being a superhero comes with great responsibilities and each time around, there is an inherent need to demonstrate great powers in order to take on greater evil.

The same holds true in case of upcoming release A Flying Jatt as well. The only difference though is that being a superhero is not taken overtly serious either by the central protagonist (Tiger Shroff), his girlfriend (Jacqueline Fernandez) or his family (Amrita Singh) as at the core of it all, the film remains light hearted with good humor taking it through.

"This is exactly what makes A Flying Jatt a unique affair," comments an insider, "Otherwise if you look at superhero films, they usually have a common purpose of saving the world and also form a similar style of execution. However, director Remo D'Souza wanted a different touch for A Flying Jatt. He wanted it to be much beyond just a superhero film."

No wonder, the talks surrounding A Flying Jatt are not as much about VFX but the humor that the film brings with it.

"Of course there is action in there but what brings a definite refreshing touch to A Flying Jatt is the light hearted treatment. Otherwise in how many films have you seen even a hero scared of heights, leave aside a superhero feeling so? Here, Tiger's character is blessed with super powers but then he has his fair share of scary moments as well. This is what makes it all the more humane and manages to establish further connect with a common man. He is someone who could be one of us; it is just that that there is a superhero element in there as well, something that he possesses but doesn't flaunt," our source adds.

Well, here is looking forward to what Ekta Kapoor's A Flying Jatt has to offer when it releases all over on the coming Friday, 25th August.
