In-spite of not getting favorable reviews from the critics, Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Baaghi 3 got showered with fans’ love at the box-office.
The action-packed extravaganza has managed to pull audiences in the theaters by scoring great at the box-office. In-spite of the the deadly coronavirus scare in public, due to which people are avoiding to gather in public, the film has still opened well at the box-office in double digits by collecting around Rs. 17.50 crore on Day 1. Though the film witnessed a slight dip on Day 2 as it collected Rs 16.03 crore, but on Day 3 the film saw a spike as it collected Rs 20.30 crore. The film on its first weekend managed to cross the 50 crore mark, by making a whopping collection of Rs. 53.83 crore. On Monday as well the film did a decent business as it minted Rs 9.06 crore. On Tuesday at occasion of holi, it has managed to pull another spike by collecting around approx Rs. 13 crores, taking the total box office collection to around Rs 75 crore, as per early estimates.
The widespread of the deadly COVID-19, which has now infected bodies of over 50 people nation wide, has affected business of several industries around the globe due to the epidemic and Bollywood is one of them. Despite which, Baaghi 3 has performed decently well at the box-office. Though the film have suffered at multiplexes in big cities, but it has performed very well in places like CP Berar, Bihar and Odisha.
Directed by Ahmed Khan, Baaghi 3 also stars Riteish Deshmukh and Ankita Lokhande in pivotal roles.
