Actor Tiger Shroff, who made his Bollywood debut with Heropanti, recently revealed the origin of his name while on a chat show.

Tiger, whose actual name is Hemant Jai Shroff, said that he was named Tiger as he used to growl like one whenever guests dropped in at home and would often bite people, though not out of malice, but because it was a habit. Ever since then, Jackie Shroff's son came to be known as Tiger!
