Tiger 3 : Salman Khan Scores 5th 100 Crore Weekend, Most By Any Bollywood Superstar

Salman Khan has the most number of 100 crore nett grossers already, and now he has another "100 crore" club record to his name. With Tiger 3, Salman Khan now has 5 films in 100 crore+ weekend club, which is the most by any Bollywood superstar.

Tiger 3's weekend numbers are estimated at around 140 crore nett, and this makes it the overall 11th Bollywood movie to cross the 100 crore nett mark in the opening weekend. The first 100 crore opening weekend was scored by Salman Khan's Bajrangi Bhaijaan in 2015. He missed the same record by a small margin of 3 crore with Prem Ratan Dhan Payo in the same year.Salman Khan had another 100 crore+ weekend next year with Sultan, and then again next year with Tiger Zinda Hai. He continued the tradition next year, also with Race 3. After that, he couldn't score a 100 crore+ weekend, which he has now hit again with Tiger 3.
