'Tehran' - John Abraham To Headline An Action Thriller Based On True Events Produced By Dinesh Vijan

It seems like John Abraham has his pocket full of movies. His line-up looks promising already, and today we have another addition to the list. The actor collaborates with producer Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films for the first time on an action thriller. The production house has earlier delivered hit films like Badlapur, Stree, Bala and Mimi. Maddock Films has announced its next, an action-thriller Tehran starring John Abraham.

The film will be directed by Arun Gopalan and written by Ritesh Shah and Ashish Prakash Verma. Tehran is said to be an entertaining action thriller and is inspired by true events. The movie is slated to have a Republic Day release next year on January 26, 2023.

The republic day weekend in 2023 has become increasingly crowded, with Tehran also reserving the same date. We already have a two-way clash on 26th January 2023, as Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone's Fighter is set to lock horns with Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor's next untitled love story. Tehran will make it a three-way clash.

Starring John Abraham in the lead role, Tehran is a Maddock Films production in association with Bake My Cake Films. The film is produced by Dinesh Vijan, Shobhna Yadav and Sandeep Leyzell and is ready to knock on the doors of cinema halls on 26th January 2023.
