A journalist's suggestion to pirate Vishesh Film's forthcoming venture Blood Money, to his readers has irked the makers of the film.

A tabloid reporter recently urged his readers to pirate the Bhatt camp's upcoming thriller, which stars Kunal Khemu and Amrita Puri in lead roles. Outraged by his suggestion, director of the film Vishal Mahadkar took to Twitter to vent out his anger.

"I take strong offense to Raja Sen's suggestion to his readers in mumbai mirror to pirate my film Blood Money!!!! F**K u raja sen, get a life any journalist who suggests pirating films should be stripped of his rights to write for any publication. Piracy is a crime !!!!," he posted on his page. "we film makers go through a lot of heart breaks, heart aches and struggle to make good cinema for the audience to enjoy ..," he further added.

The filmmaker further urged the publication to sack their irresponsible employer, writing,"Mumbai Mirror should sack this imbecile immediately and issue an apology to the team of Blood Money. we have such credible, responsible journalists in this country, its sad to see one irresponsible individual pass such irresponsible comments."

Vishal also hinted that they are planning to take some serious action against the columnist, tweeting, "#bloodmoney will stand up against anybody who tries to take it down!!!."
