Is Sushant Singh Rajput's 'Romeo Akbar Walter' Based On Ravindra Kaushik's Life?

Sushant Singh Rajput took to Twitter yesterday to share the first look posters of his upcoming film Romeo Akbar Walter (RAW), in which he will ostensibly play an Indian spy and the tagline that the film is based on true events, made us wonder if the film is based on the life of Ravindra Kaushik, who was RAW's top agent at one point in time.

For those who do not know this, theatre actor Ravindra Kaushik was recruited by RAW and given intensive training for two years, after which he was deployed to Pakistan in 1975, where he changed his identity and joined the Pakistan Army as a clerk, which helped him spy on the movements of the Pakistan Army for India. The posters also have the tagline 'Our Hero, Their Spy?', which has also made us wonder if our hunch is true.

Sushant will also be next seen in Raabta and Chanda Mama Door Ke.
