Suniel Shetty Warns Negative PR Against Ahan Shetty:

Veteran actor Suniel Shetty has spoken out strongly against the negative trends and online trolling aimed at his son, Ahan Shetty. While Suniel has largely maintained a dignified silence in the past, he made it clear that personal attacks on his family cross a line he will not ignore.

In a recent interaction with ETimes, Suniel opened up about how deeply he feels when Ahan is unfairly targeted on social media. He shared that although he prefers to stay hands-off when it comes to his son’s career decisions and professional journey, he draws a firm boundary when criticism turns personal or malicious. According to Suniel, constructive criticism is always welcome, but harassment and character attacks are not.

Expressing his emotions candidly, Suniel said, “I will not let go. I will take you on. I will take you on the way you want me to take you on, because I am clean and honest and also fearless.” Calling himself an “old-school Shetty boy,” the actor emphasized that he believes in standing up for what is right, especially when it concerns his family’s dignity.

Suniel also reflected on how social media has amplified negativity, making it easier for trolls to spread hate without accountability. He believes that while actors must develop thick skin, there is a clear difference between opinion and abuse. As a father, he feels it is his responsibility to protect his son from unfair targeting.
