The film opened to empty houses, with many shows getting cancelled in the morning and afternoon.The female-centric drama has been rejected by audiences, as there is no rush seen at cinemas even today on the second day. The movie collected approx. 25–30 lacs on opening day, indicating its "disaster" tag.

The second day occupancy has hardly seen any growth except for the ticket rates. The film needs to show huge jumps by at least 5x margin on Saturday and 10x on Sunday to survive, which doesn't seem to be happening.Going by the current trend, Sukhee will struggle to cross the 5 crore nett mark unless some miracle happens.
