SRK, Kareena Sizzle With 'Marjaani'

Shah Rukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor's item number 'Marjaani' from Billu Barber has hit the airwaves. Composed by Pritam, the good news is that the song has lived up to expectations and is an absolute sizzler.

The song has Kareena at her alluring best matching steps with the nimble toed Khan. The item number has class and its lilting music is bound to catch on and top the popularity charts. The last time that Kareena and SRK were seen together on screen was in Asoka, which was years ago. But Kareena is not the only lucky girl who will get to dance with SRK in Billu Barber. There are two more dance numbers in the film and SRK will be seen shaking a leg with Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone as well. Incidentally, according to the grapevine, neither of the three actresses have accepted any money from SRK for the item numbers. They have reportedly done the numbers for love and not money. Though the story of Billu Barber is supposed to centre around Irfan Khan, who plays the barber, it seems that the makers have decided to increase SRK's footage in the film. He was originally making a special appearance in the movie. But after the debacle of Kuselan, the Tamil original on which Billu Barber is based, the makers had second thoughts. Kuselan, incidentally, had superstar Rajnikanth playing SRK's role.
